Theodore "Beaver" Cleaver is the fictional title character in the American television series Leave It to Beaver. Originally played by Jerry Mathers, Beaver is the son of June and Ward Cleaver (Barbara Billingsley and Hugh Beaumont, respectively) and the brother of Wally Cleaver (Tony Dow).

The Beaver prefers "messin' around" with his pals and reading comic books to attending church or taking dance lessons. Most episodes in the series feature the Beaver getting into trouble at home, in school, or around the neighborhood and then receiving timely and appropriate moral instruction from his father regarding his misbehavior.

it wasn't Dobie who entertained me, it was Maynard G. Krebs, Dobie's best and loyal
friend. Maynard was the original "beatnik", sported bad facial hair, loved offbeat
music and marched to the beat of his own drum. What's not to "like" about Maynard G.
Krebs.

 in the American science fiction film series Avatar. 
While in a Pandoran forest, Neytiri meets a lost Jake Sully,
and saves him from a pack of viperwolves.
Neytiri soon becomes his teacher, helping him complete several tasks,
and eventually falls in love with him.
Neytiri fights alongside Jake in the assault on the Tree of Souls
 and saves him from being killed by Colonel Miles Quaritch,
