Real Quiet

Magnitude ruled the day at Churchill Saturday but none of our money came from his
Stephen Foster win. Sassmaster in the 2nd race provided most of the cash collected
for our group. A good amount of tickets were cashed on Saturday, 6 in all by 4 players.
The win place show spots were filled with Blunny cashing a ticket but missing the
board. Alli takes the show spot by hitting 3 of her 4 wagers with her best being
Sassmaster in the second worth $158. She added a place bet in race 5 and a show
bet in race 9 and finished $137 on the plus side. Real Quiet edged her out for 2nd. A
race 10 exacta gave him a profit of $146. Allydar takes the Churchill win rather easily
with a nice $40 win bet on Sassmaster in the second. A big $20.82 win price hit 20
times was good for an overall profit of $316 and win number 4 only trailing Digger who
has at least 5. Congrats on the win Allydar and for backing the right horse. Nicely
played. Following are the unofficial results pending a VAR review. See you all next
Saturday somewhere over the rainbow.

I must have missed something. Shouldn't Allydar's profit be $316.40 subtracting out the $100 or did we have a larger betting amount at Churchill than the usual $100?

AEAgain

Way to go, Allydar!!!

Just a note for whoever choses Saturday's venue:  I just heard that some tracks will run earlier or cancel altogether because temperatures are supposed to be in excess in 100 degrees in the eastern states.

Real Quiet

We may not have the soccer VAR system but we do have CAL. Changes made to Allydar's total and thanks to Cal for catching it.
