A Message from Tiger Dancer ~ The Master Graphicator

To Our Wonderful Wacky Beloved Horsey Gang  :racing:

I am still working on the Turkey Trot, but should have it
finished and posted tonight
I apologize for how long this has taken.
But I think it's worth the wait.

:lightbulb:  Why does it take me so long??

It's been a tough year+ for me :(
I strained my back last year and normally I recover
in a few days.  But this time, I did not.
Everyday activities became a real struggle.
By January it was a struggle to walk around or
remain seated for any length of time.
Then I developed an extremely painful condition --> Sciatica.
Pain from my low back all the way down my left leg to my ankle.
{Along with chronic pain, chronic fatigue,
loss of focus and intense waves of sleepiness}.
Medications didn't help much and the only way I was comfortable at all
was laying down on a recliner.  Not a position that lends itself
to working on a laptop.
That's why I have not been very visible here on our forum.
I have a fragmented disc in my low back.
I was supposed to have surgery in September.
But it's been postponed, twice. I'll spare you the details.
I was rescheduled for November, still a No-Go.
Now it's planned for January.  We'll see ::)

Another aggravating issue has been my laptop.
In terms of today's technology ... it's a dinosaur.
It's been slowing down, freezes up on a regular basis
and sometimes just doesn't work at all.
I love doing the graphics, but when it takes 30mins or more
to get just one done ... You can see how this could take awhile.
And not being able to sit for long stretches of time,
just compounds this issue  :banghead:

AnyHoooo, I appreciate your support and understanding.
And I look forward to things getting a whole lot better.
It's just going to take a little more time to get there.

    :rhrse:    :thanks:    :rhrse:    :racinghorse:

Your work is like art Tigger and good art is worth waiting for.  Feel better soon.
One of these days I will understand "Ruff's Rules". The 12th of Never is that day.

Your graphics are well worth waiting for, we just wish you  could get all the various and sundry obstacles cleared up that seem to force one postponement after the other out of the way, at least the ones that are within your control.  After New Year's sounds like a wonderful spot to me - everybody being back from vacation and rested up from their vacations!
