Imaginary rain in Tampa. My neighbor's potted plants need water. They ain't getting it from the sky this week.

          BUT ... I SURE AS HELL DO TRY!

When I checked FUTURE Weather Forecasts on SUNDAY
For the tracks that were running on Wednesday

The ones in the north like Penn National  and Charles Town = Snow / Rain
Tampa + GP + San Houston = Rain showers
             Plus ~ Only A Few Tracks Running On Wednesday 

                 I was between the proverbial "ROCK and a HARD PLACE"   
                                                   

                TURF PARADISE SEEMED TO BE THE ONLY CHOICE LEFT   

                               "No good deed goes Unpunished"

     I was trying to prevent a card with a lot of scratches or horses taken off the turf
                                                       

It isn't nice to fool with Mother Nature
But sometimes she Fools with us!
