I wish I could say something positive, but I can't. Sunday was an expensive day
It was mostly all chalk, no long shots to be had. I normally don't play Monmouth
should have stuck to my guns and taken a day off.
Next week Saratoga hopefully will be dry and on the turf. They have the Dianna,
Whiteny and a stakes called the Lure.

I thought that getting Guys Reward in the Oceanport would improve me greatly, but then Untapable got beaten by an impressive Bayern. I had 3 winners for the day, 2 seconds, one third- a bunch of very frustrating 4ths- wound up 1890 but still not so bad in retrospect.
