Post by: cruzan200246 on August 09, 2018, 03:23:53 PM
On any given race day, if one wants to know to pedigree of each horse in a particular race how can one obtain such information?
Thanks in advance

DRF gives you the sire, dam and grandsires. If you want to go further back than that you can look up each horse individually on pedigreequery.com. The latter site can be a little erratic, but the more contemporary horses, I've found, are more accurate.

You can also go to www.equibase.com and click entries, track, race then when you
click on the horse that is entered you can get the 5x pedigree. Just click

Yeah, you have to watch pedigreequery. If the gamers sneak in there with Ruffian's foals by Secretariat, born in 2015, you can get confuddled.   :chickendance:

So the colt I read about on there with that bloodline, isn't legit?  I bet Elvis and Tupac are going to be upset they spent all that money to buy in.

Is there a monthly or yearly fees for such information?

:lmao: :lmao: Strange that you mention Secretariat. I watched the move two days ago and I was speechless. 31 length. I watch the ending four times already because to me that was impossible......unless of course those horse quit running but that wasn't the case. I swear Secretariat understood english and was very upset with Sham owner for his foul mouth. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I think you're referring to the trainer, Pancho Martin, who was by no means shy but it was also played up a bit for the movie. The Mouse being the Mouse, after all.

I think they had identical quadruplets in 2010, palominos with 4 stockings and a blaze. :lmao:
