IMHO, the Manhattan has drawn a better field than the Met Mile. There are some world-class turf horses in this race. Will Flintshire claim the US as his own? Is Ironicus back to 100%? Has Grand Tito forgotten that nasty fall he took in the saddling paddock?
Dang...there are so many horses in this race who wouldn't shock if they won.
Ironicus
Flintshire
Divisidero

Where's the slow down emoticon???  8)
Looks like that Flintshire likes his Lasix, that was a heckuva work.
Not as easy as I first thought :mallet:

I'll give Slumber a chance to upset the chalk here.
Flintshire hasn't run since Dec in Hong Kong. Taking a chance against him with all the globetrotting he's done plus the layoff. Also like Wake Forest a bit and Big Blue Kitten 2nd off. The Kitten is 0-3 at 10F, but he appears to run well over the inner turf.
Take the Stand is the wise guy here. With the early speed in these tighter turns he could go gate-wire. He's never been this far though and he could take pressure form Triple Threat and Grand Tito (who is hopefully fully recovered from the paddock incident on Derby day).
