Title: nice article about Hansel
Post by: peeptoad on June 07, 2016, 08:48:33 AM
He was my Derby pick in 1991 and I was overjoyed when he redeemed himself in the Preakness. I talked my Dad into taking me to the Travers that year since he was running:

edit: although there is pretty glaring proofreading error since an entire paragraph is out of place mid-article...

Great article - thanks for posting it. The old boy sure looks good for his age.  If only they could all have such grand retirements...

I am trying to find where the article on him was, but I saw something this year about him in some publication. I thought it was Bloodhorse because we almost drove down to see him around Preakness time, but did not. Have to make another trip this year to see him.

Paulick Report not Bloodhorse...
