Comments by Marty McGee, odds by Mike Watchmaker

Cathryn Sophia   John Servis   95-95-95   4-1   Cotillion, PRX, 9/24
Her BC status surely hinges on what occurs Saturday

Haveyougoneaway   Thomas Morley   99-97-95   9-2   Gallant Bloom, BEL, 10/1
N.Y.-bred mare has really hit her stride this year

By the Moon   Michelle Nevin   98-96-85   6-1   Gallant Bloom, BEL, 10/1
Terrific effort as the Ballerina runner-up

Carina Mia   Bill Mott   96-93-98   6-1   Cotillion, PRX, 9/24
Ditto her BC status as that of Cathryn Sophia

Tara's Tango   Jerry Hollendorfer   90-94-96   8-1   LA Woman, SA, 10/9
May have found her niche on recent turnback at Del Mar

Wavell Avenue   Chad Brown   88-97-92   8-1   Gallant Bloom, BEL, 10/1
Defending race champ not quite as effective in 2016

Paulassilverlining   Michelle Nevin   94-96-95   12-1   Gallant Bloom, Bel, 10/1
Speedy filly having a terrific year in New York

Stonetastic   Kelly Breen   105-80-92   12-1   TCA, Kee, 10/8
Been lightly raced in anticipation of BC

Enchanting Lady   Bob Baffert   89-87-73   20-1   LA Woman, SA, 10/9
Late-running runner-up in Rancho Bernardo at Del Mar

Paola Queen   Gustavo Delgado   90-89-83   20-1   Dogwood, CD, 9/24
Test upset winner wasn't entered in Cotillion

It's void of anything that would lead me to understand why they placed it so high in the race order "ranking"...

It's probably Haveyougoneaway or the highway for me, but I might box her up with Finest City (who has some sneaky form under these conditions, but a poor record at this track) and Gloryzapper who is the "now" local horse. I have a mild opinion only here...
