You're answering your own question.  The key would be to go out in the mornings and see if Garcia is getting on Baffert's horses.  They broke up once before, supposedly at Garcia's behest, and Martin eventually came around helmet in hand wanting to make-up.  Baffert has jettisoned others in the past to the fiery great beyond, never to return, but they were usually more volatile types like Meaux and C Nak.  Flores was thrown a bone occasionally and of course Victor is welcomed back to a point every now and again.

AHHHH these two - seems a love hate relationship = Baffert has his rules and Martin is a jerk

Well, I think Bejarano deserves a spot in the Derby pipeline!   :)

I'm not saying he would have won the TC because I really don't think he could handle three races in five weeks, but had O'Neil used Bejarano instead of Stupor--I mean--Super Mario, Nyquist would have had a great chance to at least be eligible for the trophy.

Both will live happily everafter.

Bob will be Bob with or without any jock.

Life could be much worse for Garcia, but if Jerry Hollendorfer takes a likin to him, well.....
