   That was a long essay, but he writes so well that I enjoyed every paragraph.
   Maybe enjoy isn't the right word, since he addresses some serious problems with TB racing, problems which IMHO we have all seen. And worried about.
   Happy not-a-retirement, Mr. Roman.

I agree with virtually all his contentions, and I am still left perplexed as to why he never made Relaunch a chef-de-race, though Grant's Causeway was made one and Storm Cat was not.

I did, however, enjoy the argument / explanation / discussion on TBC on the topic and sure wish I had a copy of that thread.
