wow Man O Taz, that's quite the list of videos! I still have to be a homie and pick Nyquist. He's a gutsy competitor, and his speed is more tactical than Mohaymen's.

Glad you enjoyed.

First, I love both of these horses and it will be a shame that either has to lose.

Second, because of that I feel that no matter who wins it will be fine so long as they come out of the race well enough to context the Kentucky Derby.

Finally, I am leaning toward Mohaymen only because he has had a more traditional prep schedule.

Had Nyquist demonstrated the same turn of foot in the San Felipe I would probably be choosing him. But a 7 furlong sprint in mid-February to me is not the best way for a three year old horse to head into a 9 furlong race against the toughest competitor he will have faced all year.

I wish you all and them the best. And then bring on the Derby.

Takeittothedge will be sent to the front according to Dale Romans. So this could be a very interesting race. He is quick and gives Nyquist a target which could help him.

Nyquist has never run a race that would beat Moheymen's best
Having said that, the pp might hurt Moheymen
So that might set the race up for non other than Fellowship
So my exacta box is: Moheymen with Fellowship

Good luck to all the horses and the bettors

That he is.

A smart horse who loves to compete.

You cannot teach that. You have to be born with it.

I do not know if he gets 10 furlongs, but there is no doubt that he will try and his will alone may be enough to get the job done this year.
