Title: Upstart
Post by: Raven on March 27, 2015, 08:23:12 PM
He has won three in a row and he gets not much respect.I'd seen that he is drifting up in the futures from 12/1 to 15/1

Anyway, He deserves his own thread!

I'm not giving up on him.
I think his last two( on a tiring surface) has conditioned him perfectly for the Derby!
He'll be the fittest horse in the race.

Me either. He's one of my top 2 or 3 Derby prospects... at least until we see what happens in the remaining preps.

Exactly - the Florida starters could be coming into the Derby with superior conditioning.

We'll see how they fare on Derby day.

This is one reason I am paying close attention to Frosted coming out of the deep track in the FOY. Can he move forward? And Framento as well in the Bluegrass Stakes.

Derby always give you a fair price, because when you pick
1 horse out of 20 you got to have some luck  :chickendance:
