Odds by Brad Free, comments by Marcus Hersh

Good Samaritan   Bill Mott   94-79   4-1   Uncertain
Powerful win in Summer S at Woodbine head of the class for now

Made You Look   Todd Pletcher   75-72-59   5-1   BC Juvenile Turf, Santa Anita, Nov 4
Solidly progressive form; training up to BC after With Anticipation win

Bowies Hero   Phil D'Amato   81-58   6-1   Zuma Beach, Santa Anita, Oct. 10
Big middle move en route to Del Mar stakes score off private purchase

Conquest Farenheit   Mark Casse   91-91   6-1   BC Juvenile Turf, Santa Anita, Nov 4
Likely to be supplemented to BC; not much improvement second out off huge debut win

Oscar Performance   Brian Lynch   80-53   8-1   Pilgrim, Belmont, Oct. 1
Freaked second time out when making clear lead; more to prove

Keep Quiet   Mark Casse   75-71-48   8-1   Bourbon, Keeneland, Oct. 9
Improved first time on grass but not second

Big Score   Tim Yakteen   78-62   10-1   Zuma Beach, Santa Anita, Oct. 10
Second to Bowies Hero (mile ahead of third) at Del Mar but with tougher trip

Ticonderoga   Chad Brown   72-78   10-1   Undecided
Close debut second to Good Samaritan gained luster after Summer Stakes; crushed Belmont maidens second out

Parlor   Eddie Kenneally   74-50   15-1   Bourbon, Keeneland, Oct. 9
Overcame trouble in debut, couldn't quite do so in stakes; talented, under radar

All Right   Kellyn Gorder   75-57   20-1   Bourbon, Keeneland, Oct. 9
Won Kentucky Downs stakes, but runner-up perhaps best in race

These juvie races are far from my strong points as far as capping goes and I likely won't bet much here, but Big Score looks legit for the local runner, and of the Euros I have slight preference for Lancaster Bomber, mainly due to Lasix, his post and his early speed. Channel Maker and Rodaini are my longshots. I most likely will box Big Score, Channel Maker and/or just bet Channel Maker across. Thought his last race was better than his finish position..

I think Bowies Hero will be a huge overlay  :chickendance:
