...some horse in here will probably wind up in (and have no impact in) the 2015 Derby.

13 pre-entries and the field is limited to 10. Field draws in on November 18:

Thanks...I don't know about wheeling some of these horses back in three weeks time from the Breeders Cup...but I guess if they're training sharply and eating up...

I like Ocho Ocho Ocho and Conquest Tsunami...guess I'll be picking the chalk...

I hope he's not a gelding...then his son could be Ocho Uno Uno after the 811 (excavators hotline) folks that Victor Espinosa was promoting riding California Chrome in the Derby forward...

Although it seems Mr. Z may be cross entered in the Kentucky Jockey Club on November 29th...

I liked Ocho Ocho Ocho in the BC Turf Sprint - I'll keep liking him here. Hopefully this son of Street Sense is mature enough to stretch out anoth 1/4 mile against this field on dirt.

Mr. Z's the favorite...so I am going to go against him.

I'll also be watching Wake Up Nick, Conquest Tsunami and Saratoga Heater which is a really interesting name...do they mean heater literally or figuratively as in a gun...or something else...

The Tin Man

Ocho Ocho Ocho has impressed the Hell out of me from the start.

I see him winning this.

I think he's a special racehorse.
