If this is what the Catholic Church is doing with my money now, I think I am going to increase my giving.

Ha! That's going to be quite an impressive broodmare band, too!
Does anyone know who she has in the band besides the ladies purchased this week and the big two from last year (Plum and Grace)?
I would love to know.
She is going to have a stellar band.

I had heard the new Pope was a lot more liberal! :lmao:
Man O Taz, you made my day. Very funny thread.
Since the Pope adopted the name of St Francis, he'd probably be open to having a horse rescue or a farm for pensioned stallions and retired geldings.
We could put Holy Bull on the list, and when he's pensioned Pulpit too.
Not to forget Dominican.
Or my old buddy ... St. Joel. :)

Pulpit died last year.

Think of the scandal had the headline read "Pope buys Roman Mistress for undisclosed amount. "

Pope Francis will have Saint Liam declared a real saint before this is over. Brother Derek, look out!

:OMG:
I would love to see the reactions. Pure chaos at first.
Flanders, Thank you for the list.
Now, how do I get Ms. pope to adopt me? haha
First you need to become a vegetarian... ;)
Glad you all enjoyed. A gift from the Mrs. who sent me an e-mail with the Bloodhorse headline in the subject heading and I thought...what? (SMILE)

Sorry, I couldn't resist! :HT2:
The e-mail, of course. (SMILE)
I'll be hanging on to her...the question is whether she'll hang on to me.
