Soooo, after waiting 5 weeks today might be the day we've been waiting for, finally a turf race staying on the green.  Since we last posted here, Persky was entered in another race rained out and ran on dirt where she ran second to the odds-on chalk, this time at 16-1.

Today, this filly is going to improve on turf and is listed at 12-1 on the morning line.  The "Other NYRA talking head" picks her on top, not sure how that'll impact the odds.  I'd need at least 10-1 in order to take off the rubber band and step up to the windows for a maiden claimer based on an obscure breeding play.
