Friday GP R4
It took a while to land on one but I think I have
it figured out. The 2 & 4 break like bullets rush to the front the 5 & 11 are a
little slower out of the gate and rush up behind. Torrid fractions through
the first 1/4 and 1/2. Then, when the time is right the #12 Starship Menace
bounds up the fence for the win.
The end  :racinghorse:
wrong again, Slate

Churchill Race 7
#9 Recruiting Ready @ 4/1

I have a hunch this hoss will be more like 8/5 when the bell rings in which case it's not worth the gamble off the one freakish big race at Pimlico.

But anything close to 4/1 is worth taking a chance with the rent money imho  :celebrate:

Opened at 1/9 in the early betting, went off at 3/5, led all the around and got caught at the wire, oh well.

Yep, my horse beat you on the line.  8)

Santa Anita Race 7
#3 Magic Taste Polanco/Pereira 8/1 on the morning line.

11 time loser tries for the "key third time since the long layoff"when he got gelded, couldn't be claimed first back in a race he probably shoulda won but came up a long neck short, then entered against straight maidens where he didn't belong, today he's in with his friends at $30K and is worth a wager at that M/L price.  Note to jock...lay just off the pace and punch it in late in this 5F dash.

Unknown first timers at ages 4 and 5 seem to be the main competition???

Ohh crap, just listened to a couple of SoCal Radio Touts pick the same hoss, so while he might run well I doubt his price will hold up and I'll have to take a pass.
