Anyone know if this is happening this year? Web site says it starts Saturday but no races available on the site. Maybe I'm just jumping the gun :chickendance:

If a horse refuses to load into the gate and is scratched does the jock still get compensated?

Is there a Haskell challenge this year? When I log in it says "no contests available"

Seems like a very nice 3yo filly in the making. She just broke her maiden at SA Saturday on the turf. The final time was just 2 ticks off the final time for the G2 Stakes race for older males later on the card. The maiden race unfolded differently pace-wise (faster earlier and a bit slower later than the G2), but Paved won by open lengths and had two nice efforts prior coming in. Obviously you can't make a direct comparison, but she's possibly one to watch in the turf distaff division this year...

...I typically use both, however in race 1 on tomorrow's card at SA I notice that BRIS gives Yakteen a poor stat of 5% for his first on turf (pool of 19). Yakteen's DRF stat for first on grass is 24% (pool of 19). That's a pretty big discrepancy, if it is indeed one.

This confuses me... if anyone has the answer please post... just curious.
